In 1999 EAGLE began producing a set of educational materials that closely explored the legal obligations of government and industry to consult with Aboriginal Peoples. Since that time we have continued to update these materials, resulting in our current publication 'Nation to Nation: The Law of Consultation and Accommodation' which includes the culmination of knowledge gained through our work on the Haida TFL 39 case.
Additions to this material continue as new case law is established. In particular, we add synopses of recent case law decisions that develop or otherwise impact the information included in 'Nation to Nation'.
Please click here to access those synopses and check that page regularly for more case law. We invite you to download, print and insert these synopses in Chapter 17: Updates of your copy of 'Nation to Nation'.
