Nation to Nation: the Law of Consultation and Accommodation
In 1999 EAGLE produced a set of educational materials that closely explored the legal obligations of government and industry to consult with Aboriginal Peoples. Since that time we have continued to update the 'Law of Consultation and Accommodation', which now includes the culmination of knowledge gained through our work on the Haida TFL 39 case. Additions to this material continue as new case law is established. We offer Educational Workshops on this often complex subject to Aboriginal Peoples, Aboriginal organizations, and other interested parties on request. Topics discussed in our Workshops include:

Future Workshops
EAGLE continues to develop its education program with the objective of providing adept and precise environmental protection information to Aboriginal communities, Aboriginal organizations, and other interested parties. In addition to staying current with our existing materials, we are also developing information regarding oil and gas development and other types of energy related matters, forests, mining, sacred sites, fishing, and toxins. Please check our website often for updates to our Educational Workshops.
